Job summary

The Kroger Family of Companies is hiring a part-time Cashier/Checker at 2727 E Broadway Rd, Mesa, AZ 85204 (On-site). You will greet customers, assist at the check lane, and process transactions quickly and accurately while maintaining a safe, clean shopping environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, engage and assist in the check lane.
• Process transactions quickly, accurately, and efficiently.
• Operate the POS system and handle cash, checks, credit/debit, and loyalty offers per policy.
• Adhere to cash handling limits and loss-prevention guidelines.
• Follow policies for restricted sale items (Alcohol, Tobacco, DVDs).
• Report pricing discrepancies and stay informed on ads and promotions.
