Job summary

Michaels Lebanon store is hiring a Store Team Member to assist customers, keep shelves stocked, and ensure a smooth checkout experience. You will engage shoppers, enroll them in rewards programs, and support omnichannel processes like Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store.

The role includes unloading trucks, stocking, and maintaining store appearance. The position involves standing for long periods, frequent movement around the store, and lifting heavy boxes.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Able to stand for long periods and move around the store.
• Comfortable with cash handling and checkout procedures.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast, friendly checkout experience and handle cash to standards.
• Promote and enroll customers in Rewards, Private Label Credit Card programs.
• Educate customers on VOC surveys and assist with Omni-channel processes (BOPIS, SFS).
• Participate in truck unloading, stocking and planogram (POG) duties.
• Perform merchandise recovery and store recovery to maintain in-stock and well-merchandised shelves.
• Support Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and ad set duties as assigned.
• Assist with shrink and safety programs; adhere to SOPs and company policies.
• Cross-trained in Custom Framing selling and production.
• Other duties as assigned.
