Job summary

Michaels Stores in Lebanon, PA is seeking a friendly team member to deliver excellent customer service, help shoppers locate products, and ensure a fast, friendly checkout experience with accurate cash handling. You will participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram compliance to keep the store well merchandised and in-stock.

The role includes assisting with omni-channel processes such as Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store, learning Custom Framing sales, and supporting

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and move around the store.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on Rewards and Private Label Credit Cards enrollments.
• Educate customers on VOC surveys.
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including BOPIS and SFS.
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram processes.
• Maintain merchandise recovery and in-stock store condition.
• Support Store In Stock Optimization and AD set duties as assigned.
• Support shrink and safety programs.
• Adhere to SOPs and company policies; promote a positive image.
