Job summary

GPM Investments, LLC is hiring Sales Associates for Pride stores in Massachusetts. You will greet customers, run the register with accuracy, handle lottery, cigarette, and alcohol sales respecting age verification laws, and upsell where appropriate.

You will keep the store clean inside and out, stock shelves, assist across departments, and support safety procedures. Weekend and holiday availability required; full-time and part-time schedules with weekly pay. Benefits available.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Basic math skills including addition/subtraction.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Experience in retail or customer service is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and operate the register with accuracy and speed.
• Handle lottery, cigarette, and alcohol sales while upholding age verification laws.
• Upsell when appropriate to increase sales.
• Keep store clean and safe inside and outside; restrooms, pumps, lot, and entryways.
• Stock shelves and displays; cross-train in other departments as needed.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies; be a reliable team member.
