GPM Investments, LLC is seeking a friendly Sales Associate to join our Springfield, MA store team. You will greet customers, operate the register, and help maintain a clean, inviting store environment for every visitor.

You will learn lottery, cigarette, and alcohol sales with proper age verification, and you may cross-train in other departments. A strong work ethic, reliability, and good math skills are valued, with opportunities for advancement within the company.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Willing to work weekends and holidays.
• Basic math and cash handling abilities.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and run the register with accuracy and speed.
• Become an expert in lottery, cigarette, and alcohol sales and ensure age verification compliance.
• Upsell customers to increase sales where appropriate.
• Keep store clean and safe inside and outside, including restrooms and parking areas.
• Stock shelves, coolers, and displays; maintain merchandising and cleanliness.
• Cross-train in other departments as needed and follow safety procedures.
