Goodwill Houston is seeking a customer-focused associate to provide high-quality service at the cash wrap and sales floor. You will handle transactions, explain the Loyalty Rewards Program, and assist in merchandizing to keep the store welcoming and well-organized.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, processing payments, enrolling in loyalty, promoting round-up donations, stocking fixtures, and maintaining store cleanliness and safety.

Qualifications

• Strong customer-service mindset with friendly, helpful approach.
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse customers.
• Basic math and cash-handling accuracy.
• Retail sales experience is a plus.
• Reliable transportation is required.

Responsabilités
