Job summary

Englefield Retail is hiring for both full-time and part-time roles at multiple locations. The family-owned company employs over 1,500 team members and focuses on delivering a great customer experience.

As a Duchess Team Member, you will greet customers, process transactions using modern POS systems, keep the store clean, stock shelves, and promote the Duchess Crown Card Rewards while following safety and compliance rules.

Qualifications

• Must have a customer-focused mindset and enjoy helping others.
• Basic math and cash-handling skills required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexible scheduling.
• Previous retail or food service experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a smile and friendly conversation.
• Process transactions efficiently using modern POS systems (cash, credit, debit, mobile payments).
• Maintain a clean and organized store—inside and out.
• Stock shelves and manage inventory to ensure customers find what they need.
• Follow safety and compliance regulations for tobacco, alcohol, lottery and other sales.
• Promote Duchess Crown Card Rewards and our loyalty program.
• Use technology to assist customers, track inventory, and improve efficiency.
