Job summary

Englefield Retail is hiring cashiers to welcome customers, handle transactions, and keep a clean, well-stocked store. You’ll use modern POS systems and promote the Duchess Crown Card Rewards. Prior retail or food service experience is a plus, and flexibility across FT or PT shifts is expected.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a smile and friendly conversation.
• Process transactions efficiently using modern POS systems (cash, credit, debit, mobile payments).
• Maintain a clean and organized store—inside and out.
• Stock shelves and manage inventory to ensure customers find what they need.
• Follow safety and compliance regulations for tobacco, alcohol, lottery and other sales.
• Promote Duchess Crown Card Rewards loyalty program and use technology to assist customers.
