Sprouts Farmers Market, LLC is hiring a Cashier to serve as the face of the store, processing orders quickly and accurately while delivering friendly service. You will handle cash and cards, help customers locate items, and contribute to a clean, organized checkout area in a fast-paced environment.

The position requires 18+ years old with a HS diploma and 1–2 years of cashier experience. Flexible schedule, strong math and communication skills, and team collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a HS diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of cashier experience preferred.
• Outgoing, friendly demeanor and strong customer interaction skills.
• Ability to operate front end equipment (register, scanner, calculator).
• Able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and responsiveness to direction.
• Ability to perform repetitious tasks and multi‑task while staying organized.
• Ability to lift/carry up to 30 lbs. and push/pull grocery carts.
• Good math, cash handling, and counting accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases quickly, accurately, and with a smile.
• Handle cash, credit/debit payments, and change.
• Assist customers with locating products and answering questions.
• Maintain checkout area and assist with stocking shelves as needed.
• Follow front end procedures and communicate with front end team.
