Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Six months of related experience (cash handling, customer service, retail or sales).
• Must be bilingual/Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell North Shore Bank products and services to customers; act as the bank’s representative.
• Engage customers in conversations, identify cross-selling opportunities, and refer to branch personnel.
• Record referrals and customer contacts using CRM tools; answer questions and direct to proper staff.
• Perform deposit maintenance and ensure customers understand terms and disclosures; follow up to resolve issues.
• Make outbound calls for service and sales opportunities; provide timely follow-up via calls or correspondence.
• Handle teller transactions accurately; maintain cash drawer balance and balance daily.
• Stay current with bank products, services, and promotions; participate in sales and service meetings.
• Support daily branch operations and complete customer files and paperwork as needed.
