Responsibilities

• Advise customers on bank services for their needs (ex. Loans, credit cards, investment services).
• Process transactions on customer accounts (deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, etc.).
• Resolve any issues with banking services and accounts.
• Refer clients to product experts as needed.
• Collaborate with other professionals to ensure high-quality customer service.
• Handle customer needs by providing high level solutions to questions and concerns.
• Make sound decisions based on our policies/procedures with a solid risk assessment.
