• Strong customer service experience in a retail banking setting.
• Experience handling cash and performing teller transactions accurately.
• Familiarity with banking products and financial services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, professional customer service reflecting the bank's brand promise.
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently while following policies.
• Identify customer needs and refer them to colleagues for additional financial solutions.
• Promote current offers, products, and services that benefit customers.
• Answer questions and resolve customer concerns with professionalism and care.
• Support daily branch operations including vaults, night drops, and ATMs as assigned.
• Educate customers on digital and self-service banking tools.
• Collaborate with team members across branches to ensure seamless service.
