Equity Bank in Kingfisher, OK is seeking a Bank Teller to join our Retail Banking team. You will provide friendly, accurate cash handling, balance daily transactions, and assist customers with account services while delivering a superior banking experience.

This role emphasizes building client relationships, delivering excellent service, and adhering to bank procedures. You’ll work with a team to meet community needs and participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Computer proficiency in Windows-based systems.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel to Wichita, KS during first week of employment for required training.

Responsibilities

• Build client relationships through professional conversations.
• Promote bank products within and outside the bank.
• Process client transactions and approve as authorized.
• Assist with bank opening and/or closing as directed.
• Respond to routine client inquiries and requests.
• Disclose and follow bank procedures to minimize risk and ensure compliant operations.
