Job summary

Carter’s Inc. in Medford, OR is seeking a friendly Sales Associate to greet families, share product knowledge, and help customers choose baby essentials and school readiness items. You’ll contribute to a welcoming store environment and support omnichannel shopping experiences.

You’ll perform POS transactions, restock shelves, explain promotions and the loyalty program, and ensure a clean, safe store. This role requires a positive attitude, customer service focus, and ability to handle multiple

Responsibilities

Welcome customers with a warm greeting and provide assistance with product styles, features, and benefits.

Meet customer needs by assisting with omnichannel as needed to ensure a positive shopping experience.
Execute and expedite point of sale/register transactions.
Complete floor replenishment and shipment as needed.
Articulate current promotional events and the brand loyalty program, including credit, to customers.
Minimize store loss by providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a safe, clean store.
