Carter’s Inc. is seeking a Sales Associate to be the first face of the brand for growing families. You will greet customers, help them explore baby essentials, and support a positive shopping experience across in-store and digital channels.

You’ll join a welcoming team in a fast-paced retail environment, assisting with promotions, loyalty programs, and daily store upkeep while delivering friendly, solution-oriented service.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering friendly, helpful service to families and customers.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a busy retail setting.
• Effective verbal and written communication with customers and team.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and assist with product styling and benefits.
• Resolve issues proactively while balancing several customers at once.
• Assist with omnichannel shopping to ensure a positive experience.
• Execute and expedite POS/register transactions accurately.
• Support floor replenishment and shipment as needed.
• Explain current promotions and loyalty programs to customers.
• Maintain a clean, safe store and minimize losses.
