Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs. from floor to shoulder height and perform physical duties.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store operations and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers in a positive and approachable manner and address questions or concerns.
• Organize and transfer merchandise from delivery to stockroom to sales floor; maintain seasonal areas.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Maintain promotional fixtures and displays and ensure visual standards.
• Assist in ordering merchandise, processing damaged merchandise, and maintaining records.
• Support loss prevention and safeguard store assets, including cash handling.
