Responsibilities
Deliver sales, consultation service & technical training as needed.
Collaborate with the Sales team to identify new business opportunities.
Develop and deliver technical solutions & support on time.
Generate detailed project plans and implement projects on time.
Supervise ongoing projects and communicate progress with departments.
Analyze testing results and provide high-quality reports.
Design and conduct trials to optimize installation processes.
Establish communication with customers to understand their needs.
Translate customer requirements into product specifications.
Prepare presentations and technical documentation.
Support marketing department with promotion activities.
Report results and progress accurately and timely.
