• Process deposits, withdrawals, payments and other financial transactions.
• Balance cash, shipments, and reconciliation for branch operations.
• Resolve customer complaints and escalate as required.
• Handle debit card requests, stop payments, and check holds.
• Support wire transfers, fees, and account services while maintaining compliance.
• Maintain operational integrity and adhere to banking regulations.
