Job summary

Northwest is seeking a friendly Teller to join our retail network in Indiana. You will welcome customers, process transactions accurately, resolve problems, and educate clients on bank products and digital services while delivering the Northwest star experience.

You will balance cash drawers daily, participate in meetings, follow security and compliance procedures, and help identify referral opportunities to support the branch’s sales goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Cash handling experience preferred.
• Banking and/or retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and visitors with questions and problems.
• Balance teller drawer daily and participate in office meetings.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience in person, by phone, and email.
• Identify referral opportunities and guide customers to the appropriate team.
