Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred.
• One year retail experience and six months supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service leadership; greet customers and operate cash register to itemize purchases.
• Open and close the store a minimum of two days per week.
• Assist Store Manager with scheduling employees, training, safety meetings, and policy compliance.
• Assist in merchandise management: receiving, stocking, displays, and planogram implementation.
• Maintain inventory accuracy by controlling damages, markdowns, scanning, paperwork, and facility controls.
• Ensure cashier accountability and cash control, including deposits and refunds oversight.
• Assist with store management in the Store Manager's absence.
