Job summary

The Salvation Army NSC-Jacksonville Family Store in Jacksonville, NC is seeking a full-time Store Associate. You will ring up sales, handle cash, assist customers, and process donations, while ensuring accurate receipts and secure cash handling.

You will keep the sales floor neat, stock displays, greet customers, answer questions, and help with loading donations. A High School diploma or GED and retail experience are preferred, along with dependable attendance and clear English communication.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Assist customers purchasing items by ringing up sales, handling cash, preparing receipts, balancing the cash drawer, and ensuring accuracy of sales records and deposits.
• Store Orderliness and Cleanliness: Keep the cash register area neat and stocked, arrange items on the floor, maintain displays, and clean racks, floors, windows, and mirrors.
