Sapp Bros, Inc. is seeking a dependable Security Guard to help keep guests, team members, and property safe. If you enjoy staying active, handling situations calmly, and working with people, we’d love to have you on our team.

Responsibilities include patrolling the store and parking lots, aiding drivers with parking/directions, de-escalating disputes, monitoring parking areas, and assisting management with security footage and incidents. 18+ required; 2–3 years of security experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 2-3 years of security experience preferred.
• Strong communication, observation, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent customer service and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Patrol the store and parking lots to deter theft and promote a safe environment.
• Provide friendly customer service and assist drivers with parking and directions.
• Help de-escalate customer disputes and address suspicious activity.
• Monitor parking areas and report safety concerns or policy violations.
• Assist management with security footage, incidents, cash drawer transfers, and other security-related duties.
