Sapp Bros., Inc. is seeking a dependable Security Guard to keep guests, team members, and property safe. Patrol stores and parking lots, assist customers with parking and directions, and help de-escalate disputes while monitoring for suspicious activity.

Your calm, professional approach will support a secure and welcoming environment. The role requires 2–3 years of security experience, excellent communication and observation skills, and flexibility to work varying shifts.

What You’ll Do

Patrol the store and parking lots to deter theft and promote a safe environment.

Provide friendly customer service and assist drivers with parking and directions.

Help de-escalate customer disputes and address suspicious activity.

Monitor parking areas and report safety concerns or policy violations.

Assist management with security footage, incidents, cash drawer transfers, and other security-related duties.

What We’re Looking For

Must be at least 18 years old.

2–3 years of security experience preferred.

Strong communication, observation, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent customer service and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations.

Flexibility to work varying shifts as needed.
