Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• 3+ years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with CRM systems is preferred.

• Attention to detail and organizational abilities.

Mansioni

• Welcome customers and create a positive first impression.
• Answer and manage incoming calls and inquiries; maintain customer records.
• Process paperwork, payments, invoices, and daily transactions; assist with cash handling.
• Coordinate vehicle rentals and prepare rental agreements.
• Support sales staff and assist with customer-facing activities.
• Manage vehicle titles, registrations, and related DMV documents.
