Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and climb ladders.

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge all customers and provide best in class service.
• Keep endcaps, side merchandise, and sale items full and in stock.
• Maintain sales floor readiness: clean shelves, displays and kick plates.
• Assist with in-store price changes (regular, clearance, sale).
• Conduct nightly recovery: fronting, facing, sweeping and product filling.
• Assist with cash register operations as needed.
• Support merchandise resets, visual displays, housekeeping, and freight coordination.
• Promote Fleet Farm loyalty program, credit card, and other initiatives.
