Reid Group is hiring a Sales Associate to deliver outstanding customer experiences, manage cash, and maintain clean, safe store conditions. You will support sales and profitability, enroll customers in rewards, and handle daily merchandising and operations with a teamwork focus.

The role includes overnight shifts with a $1.50 differential between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Join a local brand serving the community with a collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Preferred age of 18 years or older.
• Previous experience preferred.
• Proficient in basic math to handle cash transactions, shift reports.
• Ability to operate lottery, POS systems and other checkout equipment.
• Tolerance of exposure to gasoline fumes and cleaning products.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly service to every customer.
• Prepare fresh food and made-to-order items per recipes.
• Promote My Crosby’s Rewards and assist enrollment.
• Suggest additional items at checkout to enhance experience.
• Communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Balance and report register activity at end of shift.
• Follow cash handling and store security procedures.
• Keep shelves stocked and displays organized.
• Maintain a clean, safe store environment.
• Identify and address safety hazards promptly.
