Hilldale Shopping Center in Madison, WI is seeking a friendly Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer service, share product knowledge, and create a welcoming shopping experience for every guest.

You will engage customers on the sales floor, assist with gift selections, maintain vibrant displays, and support campaigns while upholding store standards and loss prevention practices. This role emphasizes initiative, teamwork, and a positive, energetic attitude.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by engaging with our customers through friendly and genuine service to meet their needs.
• Ask open-ended questions and use your product knowledge to make thoughtful recommendations as you actively sell.
• Ensure a vibrant store by supporting store visual merchandising & replenishment standards, showing a commitment to maintaining a neat, tidy, shoppable and inviting presentation.
• Leverage key campaigns and services, such as new item launches, promotions, membership, ship-to-home, etc.
• Leverage training and communication tools to educate yourself continuously on our products and services, supporting the store with this knowledge to give customers a great experience when they visit and shop.
• Protect company assets by adhering to all inventory and loss prevention standards, properly completing any inventories and initiatives.
• Work on the selling floor, which requires physical activity (i.e., prolonged standing, repetitive bending, lifting, climbing)
