Job summary

Madison LLC is seeking a Sales Associate to energize the sales floor with passion for our products and a welcoming energy. You will build genuine connections with customers and guide them to personalized looks while collaborating with teammates to hit targets.

In addition to selling, you will stock, merchandise, process POS transactions, handle returns, and keep areas clean and organized. A friendly, energetic personality and strong service focus are essential for success on our dynamic store

Qualifications

• Proven work experience in retail or similar sales roles.
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service.
• Proficiency in English.
• Basic Math skills.
• Hands-on experience with POS transactions.
• Familiarity with inventory procedures.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, energetic personality focused on customers.
• Able to work under pressure and address complaints promptly.
• Availability for flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds when merchandising the sales floor.
