• Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and with precision.
• Is a team-player, passionate about outstanding customer service and selling merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Provide extraordinary customer service as outlined in the customer service manual.
• Promote and sell services and merchandise offered by the organization.
• Set goals to grow selling skills and track overall sales.
• Uphold all company policies, procedures, and standards from manuals and memos.
• Assist in daily store operations, including work lists, shipments, and maintenance.
• Present merchandise to promote and sell goods as guided by the knowledge manual.
• Consistently achieve and/or exceed sales targets and goals.
• Identify merchandise needs, pricing concerns, and operational problems to management.
• Attend staff meetings and clinics for the store.
• Protect company assets and financial information by following internal controls.
