Qualifications

• Experience in retail customer service or cashier roles.
• Basic math and reading skills, legible handwriting, and clear verbal and written communication.
• Availability to work nights and weekends for part-time or full-time shifts.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers using the TREaT model.
• Process POS transactions and maintain accurate cash handling.
• Maintain displays and restock merchandise per company guidelines.
• Train and coordinate associates and manage breaks per policy.
• Communicate issues and improvement opportunities to store leadership.
