Qualifications

• Able to de-escalate store and customer situations effectively.
• Willing to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional in-store customer experiences through selling behaviors rooted in Our Values and product knowledge.
• Create genuine connections with customers through uncovering needs and making personalized recommendations.
• Drive rewards program enrollment and engagement on the sales floor and at checkout.
• Provide a friendly and efficient cash wrap experience and keep the area neat and stocked.
• Support replenishment, maintain brand standards, and assist with floorset and visual changes.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness, adhering to all standards and policies.
