Job summary

This hourly position requires flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays, with strong teamwork and a proactive approach to maintenance of merchandise presentation and store standards.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and ability to meet store objectives.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to move around the store and lift at least 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet, engage, and assist customers warmly, creating a welcoming environment and providing personalized service.
• Apply suggestive selling techniques and offer product recommendations to meet customer needs and drive sales.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain visually appealing selling areas and stock presentation standards.
• Support store operations with pricing, promotional sets, and product placement.
• Follow asset protection and safety guidelines to minimize risk.
