Belk is seeking a Customer-Focused Sales Associate to deliver a positive shopping experience. You will greet customers, assist with products, and process transactions to drive sales and store metrics.

You will maintain attractive displays, stay knowledgeable about promotions, and collaborate with team members to ensure a welcoming store environment. This is an hourly, part-time role in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience and aim to achieve store objectives.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Comfortable with technology and Windows-based devices.
• Physical ability to lift at least 40 lbs.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, building relationships and providing personalized service.
• Assist with merchandise selection and product recommendations to drive sales.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain visually appealing displays and signage, restock and recover product.
• Support store operations including pricing, promotions, and store events as needed.
• Follow asset protection procedures and safety guidelines to minimize risk.
