Responsibilities

• Provide extraordinary customer service and assist customers as they enter the store.
• Promote and sell services and merchandise.
• Set goals to grow selling skills and track sales.
• Uphold company policies and standards in the manuals.
• Assist in daily store operations: completing work lists, shipments, and maintenance.
• Present merchandise to promote sales according to the product knowledge manual.
• Aim to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Identify merchandise needs and report issues to management.
• Attend staff meetings and training sessions.
• Protect company assets and report potential fraud risk.
