This non-exempt, hourly role offers an opportunity to grow selling skills, work with a team, and contribute to a positive shopping experience for long-time customers.

Formación

• 0-2 years of customer service experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Is a self-starter, has initiative to take on important tasks without being asked.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and with precision.
• Is a team-player, passionate about outstanding customer service and selling merchandise.

Responsabilidades

• Provide extraordinary customer service and assist customers entering the store.
• Promote and sell services and merchandise offered by the organization.

• Uphold company policies, procedures, and standards in all manuals.
• Assist in daily store operations, shipments, and maintenance.
• Present merchandise to promote and sell goods as per knowledge manuals.
• Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and goals.
• Identify merchandise needs, pricing concerns, and operational problems to store management.
• Attend staff meetings and training sessions.
• Protect company assets and financial information by following internal controls.
