Responsibilities

• Provide extraordinary customer service highlighted in the manual, assisting customers as they enter the store and helping multiple customers during peak periods.
• Promote and sell services and merchandise.
• Set goals to grow and improve selling skills and track overall sales.
• Uphold all company policies and standards listed in manuals and memos.
• Assist in daily store operations, including work lists, clean-up, weekly shipments, and maintenance.
• Present merchandise to promote and sell goods per the product knowledge manual.
• Consistently achieve and/or exceed sales targets and goals.
• Identify and communicate merchandise needs, pricing concerns, and operations issues to store management.
• Attend all staff meetings and tech clinics for the store.
• Protect company assets and financial information by ensuring internal controls are effective and reporting potential fraud risk.
