Job summary

Belk is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver a positive customer experience by providing excellent service, building relationships, and assisting with merchandise selection. This hourly position drives sales, supports store objectives, and maintains presentation standards.

You will greet customers, suggest products, process transactions, and help with stock replenishment and store upkeep, contributing to a welcoming shopping environment and customer loyalty.

Qualifications

• Dedicated to customer service and achieving store objectives.
• Willingness to learn and take ownership of tasks.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with smartphones/tablets and Windows-based systems.
• Able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Regularly move around store areas and assist customers.
• Able to lift, carry, and move at least 40 lbs.
