Role includes handling transactions, promoting credit programs, and upholding merchandising standards while collaborating with peers to ensure store safety and recovery throughout the day.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Model established customer experience practices with customers.
• Promote and participate in store culture with honesty and respect.
• Ring up purchases/returns and handle cash accurately.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintain merchandising standards and procedures.
• Prepare merchandise for the sales floor following procedures.
• Participate in store recovery and maintain cleanliness.
• Support shrink reduction goals and safety initiatives.
