Job summary

GPM Investments, a leading operator of Scotchman stores, is hiring Sales Associates to keep our shops inviting, clean, and safe. You will greet customers, handle the register, and assist with lottery, tobacco, and alcohol sales in a fast-paced environment.

We offer flexible schedules (full-time and part-time), weekly pay, and opportunities for advancement. The role requires 18+ years old, weekend/holiday availability, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Available to work weekends and holidays.
• Able to work indoors and outdoors in all weather.
• Able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and run the register with accuracy and speed.
• Become an expert in lottery, cigarette, and alcohol sales with compliance.
• Upsell customers to increase sales.
• Keep the store clean and safe inside and outside, including restrooms and pump area.
• Stock shelves, coolers, and displays to look fresh and full.
• Cross-train in other departments when needed.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies.
• Be a team player and help wherever needed.
