Job summary

GPM Investments, LLC is seeking energetic Sales Associates to greet customers, run the register, and keep the store clean and safe. You will help maintain a welcoming environment and assist with product placement and restocking throughout the shift.

The role offers opportunities for advancement and requires reliability, physical stamina, and the ability to work weekends and holidays. Prior retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays.
• Excellent communication in English, both written and verbal.
• Basic math skills for register operations and transactions.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and operate the register with accuracy and speed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment.
• Assist customers with questions and upsell when appropriate to boost sales.
• Perform cleansing duties such as cleaning restrooms, pumps, and common areas.
• Stock shelves and displays, ensuring products are well-presented and labeled.
