Job summary

The Team Member at Tractor Supply Company participates in delivering Legendary Customer Experience by helping customers and fellow team members, handling transactions, stocking, and keeping the store clean and safe. You’ll support selling initiatives and complete assigned tasks with a strong service mindset.

You'll work with diverse shifts, including weekends and evenings, and may perform duties such as merchandising, freight processing, cashiering, loading purchases, and assisting customers

Qualifications

• No experience required, retail or farming knowledge preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Reading, writing and counting accurately are essential.

Responsibilities

• Operate cash register with standard cash handling procedures.
• Stock, merchandise recovery, and freight processing.
• Assist customers with loading purchases and provide service.
• Maintain clean, safe store and complete documentation.
• Participate in merchandising, price changes, and plan-o-grams.
