Qualifications

• No experience required; retail, farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is a plus.
• Ability to read, write, and count accurately.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to resolve issues ethically with minimal conflict.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, uncover needs, recommend product solutions, and add value.
• Operate the cash register and follow cash handling procedures.
• Recover merchandise and participate in the freight process.
• Complete Plan-o-gram merchandising procedures and assemble merchandise.
• Perform janitorial duties and execute price changes/markdowns.
• Operate forklift and baler where age and training permit.
• Assist customers with loading purchases and ensure a Legendary shopping experience.
