Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a Team Member to interact with customers and teammates, support selling initiatives, and perform assigned tasks while delivering a Legendary Customer Experience. You will be part of a hands-on team in a fast-paced retail environment, ensuring accuracy, safety, and efficient store operations.

Responsibilities include operating the cash register, stocking and merchandising, assisting customers, and maintaining a clean, welcoming store.

Qualifications

• No experience required; retail experience and/or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is strongly preferred.
• Must be able to read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Operate cash register and follow cash handling procedures.
• Recovery of merchandise and participation in mandatory freight process.
• Complete Plan‑o‑gram procedures and merchandising tasks.
• Assemble merchandise and perform janitorial duties as needed.
• Assist customers with loading purchases and ensure a Legendary shopping experience.
