The successful candidate will handle cash, explain digital banking options, and work closely with the Customer Service function to ensure a smooth branch experience. This is an on-site position at the Garden City Park branch.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for Citi clients and provide a positive first impression through friendly and efficient customer service
• Perform accurate banking transactions including cash handling and vault management
• Identify referral opportunities for new products and services based on client’s financial goals
• Educate clients on digital and self-service options offered by Citi
• Adhere to policies, controls, and regulatory procedures to safeguard client and bank assets
• Manage client needs and escalate issues as needed
• Maintain knowledge of client accounts and Citi products and services
