Qualifications

• Ability to handle stressful situations.
• Effective communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of electronics and electricity is a plus.
• Retail experience is preferred.
• Second language (speaking, reading and/or writing) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Promote trust and respect among associates.
• Create an environment that welcomes customers and helps them with product questions.
• Know products within departments and suggest alternatives.
• Keep store and parking lot clean by picking up trash and addressing spills.
• Maintain cleanliness of the department and assigned areas.
• Display a positive attitude and support safety programs.
• Inspect equipment and report repairs as needed.
• Report safety risks, accidents, theft or fraud to management.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance teamwork.
• Adhere to laws, company guidelines, and perform essential duties with or without accommodations.
