Qualifications

• Ability to handle stressful situations.

• Retail experience.
• Second language (speaking, reading and/or writing).

Responsibilities

• Promote trust and respect among associates.
• Create an environment that enables customers to feel welcome, important and appreciated by answering questions regarding products.
• Gain knowledge of products and respond to questions and make product suggestions.
• Clean up spills and collect trash inside store and parking lot.
• Maintain department and other areas clean.
• Display a positive attitude.
• Reinforce safety programs by following procedures and identifying unsafe conditions.
• Inspect equipment and report repairs.
• Notify management of accidents.
• Report safety risks or illegal activity.
• Collaborate with team to encourage teamwork.
• Adhere to laws and company guidelines.
