Kroger Family of Companies in Las Vegas is seeking a store team member focused on outstanding customer service and precise cash handling. You will contribute to a safe, welcoming shopping environment and support daily store operations from sales reporting to payroll-related tasks.

The role emphasizes accuracy, reliability, and teamwork in a fast-paced retail setting. Training will cover safety protocols, policy adherence, and customer engagement best practices.

Formación

• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to handle stressful situations.
• Knowledge of basic math (counting, addition, subtraction).
• Ability to use a 10-key adding machine by touch.

Responsabilidades

• Promote trust and respect among associates.
• Create an environment where customers feel welcome and appreciated by answering questions about products.
• Count and balance daily cash and paper assets.
• Prepare cash and check deposits.
• Prepare daily and weekly sales and cash reports.
• Report sales and register transactions to Store Manager or Division Cash Management Office promptly.
• Maintain Kronos and Timekeeping and finalize store weekly payroll.
• Assist management with administrative duties.
• Answer phones and communicate with store associates and customers.
• Post daily cash shortages/overages per policy.
• Follow policies for stamps, money orders, gift certificates, lottery, and Western Union transfers.
• Reinforce safety programs and report unsafe conditions to management.
• Notify management of accidents and security issues.
• Report safety risks or illegal activity such as theft or fraud.
