• Count and balance daily cash and assets; prepare cash and deposits.
• Prepare daily/weekly sales and cash reports and report transactions to management.
• Maintain Kronos and Timekeeping, and assist with payroll duties.
• Answer phones and communicate with store associates and customers.
• Follow policies for stamps, money orders, gift certificates, lottery, etc.
• Reinforce safety programs and notify management of unsafe conditions or incidents.
• Collaborate with team members to encourage teamwork and service excellence.
