Job summary

Specs Family Partners is seeking a Front-End Associate to provide exceptional customer service and manage checkout operations. You will handle cash transactions, operate the point-of-sale system, and assist guests with purchases while maintaining a clean, efficient register area.

Candidate should have strong math skills, be able to read and follow store procedures, and deliver a friendly guest experience in a fast-paced environment. Prior cashiering experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Preference for cashiering experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong math and cash-handling abilities.
• Good communication and guest-service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide assistance with purchases.
• Operate cash register and process payments accurately.
• Scan items and ensure correct pricing and discounts.
• Bag items and assist with bagging and wrapping as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized checkout area and follow safety guidelines.
