Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a Cashier (Customer Service Associate) to greet customers, process transactions at the checkout, handle returns, and provide an exceptional shopping experience in our Thornton, CO stores.

Qualifications

Must be 18 years or older.
Knowledge of basic math skills.
Customer service experience.
Potential travel to other stores for support.

Responsibilities

Greet every customer in a helpful and courteous manner.
Connect with customers, ask about their projects, recommend products and excite customers about their purchase.
Provide above and beyond customer service and exceed customer expectations.
Demonstrate and understand compliance with safety processes.
Process customers at checkout using the POS system.
Process refunds and exchanges according to guidelines.
Open and close registers.
Follow cash handling procedures.
Answer the telephone according to guidelines.
Stock, tag and display merchandise as required.
